At The Cardinal Houses, LLC we are passionate about the care of our residents!

The founder, Aaron Morrow, has been in the Real Estate and construction industry for 20+years and has an eye for functional design with accessibility and efficiency in mind! His immediate family consists of his wife of 25 years, 3 beautiful daughters, and a 3 year old grandson! Aaron’s mother, Pam Morrow, was a caring pediatric home health R.N. for 30+ years and had to end her career early due to having Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). She became ill in early 2021 and passed away 10 months later from insufficient care in a large care facility in DFW. Aaron was devastated by the loss of his mother and began working on solutions to provide passionate care for other seniors in the same situation. He bought two closed down Assisted Living homes and got to work on making the best designs to be able to care for the seniors that will reside there. After refining the designs and selling these homes to other Care home operators, he decided to open and operate his own homes to provide for the best care to the senior residents! Aaron oversees the day-to-day operations as Administrator and TRULY CARES about getting to know and care for each resident personally. The Rowlett, Texas home is his first home and is currently being operated as an unlicensed residential care home and will be licensed as an ALF -B memory care home in the coming months of 2025/2026. We recently opened another location in Richardson, across from the UTD campus on Campbell Rd! We will have space for 10 seniors in that location when we are licensed as ALF Type B! We welcome you to come out and take a tour soon and meet our caregivers who will be assisting our residents with daily activities including medication reminders, toileting, bathing and hygiene, preparing nutritious meals and snacks, activities and games, and logistics for transport for appointments and family visits!
